Celine Miller
My name is Céline Miller, a native of France. At 18 years old, I traveled in order to study in the United States, and graduated from Mount Vernon Nazarene University, in Ohio with a Fine Arts and Graphic Design degree. After completing the PACE program to become a French teacher in South Carolina, I received my Master's Degree from Mount Vernon Nazarene University in Education and Leadership. I have been teaching in Lexington School District One for 10 years. I started my teaching career at Pleasant Hill Middle School in 6th grade French. In 2014, I moved to Carolina Springs Middle for one year to continue teaching French, before returning to Pleasant Hill Middle to teach 6th, 7th, and 8th grade French. I am excited about this new adventure teaching French at GMS this year. My husband works at Southern Medical where he is a computer and technology guru (but it's not his real title!). We have 2 children. Our daughter, Marla, will be in 10th grade at GHS and enjoys her time in the drama club after school. Our son, Max, will be in 6th grade this year at GMS. We love to spend time with our family, travel to France to visit my family every other year, and enjoy making lots of memories together!
