Wiley's Reading Express read Goodnight Basketball during the LHS versus RBHS Basketball Halftime Storytime on January 30. There were 20 young kids and each received a copy of the book from Wiley the Wildcat. The remaining books were shared with our feeder elementary libraries to promote Wiley’s Reading Express. Future Wildcats and their families were very thankful for the event.

We are excited to once again offer the 12 Days of Reading challenge to our feeder elementary schools!  Elementary students will receive a coloring sheet with the challenge from their school librarian.  Extra copies are below.

Lexington High School received a Fall 2020, Michelin Golden Apple Teacher Grant to provide books to Lake Murray Elementary School through the Wildcat's Reading Express literacy program. Permission from publisher to share read aloud as an "unlisted" YouTube video until June 2021.
