Mr. Gerth joins us from the Residential Home Building Sector, where he has spent 22 years as a Project Manager both here in Lexington, and almost 16 years in Charleston. Mr. Gerth has 3 children, enjoys hunting, fishing, boating, and generally anything outdoors.

Mr. McNatt joins us from Pelion High School where he served as their Building Construction instructor for 12 years. He is a graduate of Gilbert High School. He works outside of school in the construction industry. He is married to his wife and together they have a blended family with 7 children! Mr. McNatt likes to travel and fish.
