Amanda Harris
Hello! My name is Amanda Harris, and I have been teaching special education for 11 years. I grew up in Lexington, SC and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Special Education from Winthrop University in 2007. I began my teaching career in Lexington School District 2. I taught 6 years at Airport High School before I moved to Lexington School District 1. This year, I will be teaching virtually. Currently, I live in Lexington with my husband, Ryan, and my son, Ellis. I enjoy reading, watching movies, and spending time with my family.

Kim Lewis
Hello, my name is Kim Lewis, I'm excited to say this is my 10th year in Lexington School District 1. I grew up in Lexington, SC and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts, in Multi Categorical Special Education, from Columbia College and a Master of Education, in Divergent Learning, from Columbia College. I began my time in Lexington 1 as a Behavior Therapist in the Autism Department, then transitioned to a teaching position. This is my third year as a special education teacher at Saxe Gotha. This year, I will be teaching virtual and hybrid models. Currently, I live in Lexington with my husband, Danny, and two boys, Eric and Alex. I enjoy gardening, reading, and spending time with my family.
