    In order to enroll your child, you will need the following documentation: 

    • child’s long form birth certificate 
    • Immunization records  
    • proof of residency with parent name and address (current electric or water bill) Must be zoned for New Providence Elementary.
    • parent's driver's license

    Please note that this is the initial enrollment process. You will receive more information about completing online registration once enrollment is complete.
