We are thrilled to announce that River Bluff High School has once again been recognized for excellence, ranking as the #10 public high school in South Carolina and an impressive #865 out of 20,733 public high schools nationwide on Niche.com!  This prestigious recognition reflects the hard work, dedication, and Gator spirit of our students, staff, and community.

While we celebrate this achievement, we want to share some important context: seven of the schools ranked ahead of us are academic magnet programs or charter schools with selective admissions processes. These schools are designed to serve specialized populations, often enrolling students who have already demonstrated exceptional academic performance.

As a comprehensive public high school, River Bluff is proud to welcome and serve all students in our attendance zone. We are dedicated to offering a diverse array of opportunities to empower every student to learn, grow, and thrive. When excluding magnets and charter schools, we are honored to be ranked as the #2 traditional public high school in South Carolina!
