    • Annual Registration is underway!

      In previous years, parents/guardians were asked to complete annual registration in July. However we know that it is a time of year when families are focused on enjoying summer break, and our schools and departments could benefit from having student information earlier. For example, our transportation department needs to know as soon as possible who is riding a bus next year so they can start building the new routes.

      What does this mean for our families? Families will now use FinalForms, a new user-friendly software platform, for annual registration. The information below will help you get started tomorrow after you receive the email. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, remember to check your Spam folder.

       

      How do I get Started?

      1. Check your email for an ACCOUNT CONFIRMATION EMAIL from FinalForms Mailman. Once received and opened, click CONFIRM YOUR ACCOUNT in the email text: Lexington County School District One via FinalForms
      2. Create your new FinalForms password. Next, click CONFIRM ACCOUNT.
      3. Your account will be confirmed and you will be logged in.

       

      How do I complete annual registration?

      Information you will need:

      • Contact information
      • Basic medical history and health information
      • Insurance company and policy number
      • Doctor and dentist contact
      • Proof of residence

      IMPORTANT: If you followed the steps above, you may Jump to Step number 3.

      1. Go to: https://lexington-sc.finalforms.com
      2. Click LOGIN under the Parent Icon.
      3. Locate and click the INCOMPLETE FORMS button for the student you wish to register.
      4. Complete each form and sign your full name (i.e. ‘Jonathan Smith’) in the parent signature field on each page. After signing each, click SUBMIT FORM and move on to the next form.
      5. When all forms are complete, you will see a ‘Forms Finished’ message.

       

      How do I register additional students?

      Click MY STUDENTS. Then, repeat steps number 3 through number 7 for each additional student.

      If you do not have access to the internet at home, work or at your local library but would like to register online, contact your child’s school to find out when you could use a school computer to register online.

      If you have a question about the online registration process, please call your child’s school directly.
