Social Studies Teacher

Ms. Potter joined Lakeside in 2022! She believes that teaching 7th graders is a cool and unique experience and looks forward to getting to know the kids.

If she were not in the classroom, she would fly. It was a passion that she discovered when she was 15 and never looked back. There is nothing like taking off and seeing the world from a different angle. She is originally from Northern Michigan. It is truly a beautiful place where she grew up hiking, skiing, and riding her bike everywhere she possibly could. She and her family love to escape to Greenville whenever possible (it is very similar to where she grew up). She loves watching football, golf, baseball (and recently her son has gotten her interested in soccer.) She has become absolutely obsessed with pickleball over the past two years! It is so much fun!
