This is my twenty-second-year teaching and my eighth year as a first-grade teacher at WKE. I have also taught third, fourth, and fifth grade.  

I am a native Tennessean, and we have been in Columbia for the past 8 years.  I have been married to my sweet husband, Mike, for 36 years.  We have 2 grown children, Josh and Aubrey.  Josh and his family live in Augusta, Georgia, and Aubrey lives in Greensboro, NC.  I am blessed to be called Gram by Remy, Townsend, and Elouise. One of my greatest joys is when we get to spend time together as a family.  Away from school, I enjoy family, reading, decorating, college football, and music festivals.
