My name is Mark Borowiec and I support White Knoll Elementary as their Digital Learning Coach along with three other schools in Lexington One School District. As a DLC, I work with teachers and faculty to implement digital learning in their classrooms. In addition, I support Lexington One Social Studies K through 12 and work with the DLC team to develop professional learning opportunities for our district’s teachers. This is my 18th year as an educator in SC.

I live in Lexington with my beautiful wife, Jenny, who is also a teacher. Our son, Cal, is a student at Coastal Carolina University. I have a bachelor's degree in History from the University of Buffalo and a master's degree in Adolescent Education from D'Youville University (also located in Buffalo, NY). Outside of school, I love to spend time with my family and to be out on the golf course.
