I am so excited and honored to be one of the seventh grade ELA teachers here at Beechwood! I moved to Lexington One from Florida where I grew up and graduated from Florida State University. At FSU, I was able to earn my bachelors in English Education as well as my Masters in Curriculum and Instruction. I was able to be certified in English for grades 6-12 and earn K-12 endorsements in Reading and ESOL. 

I am very excited to share my passion for both reading and writing with my students. When I am not teaching or helping my students I often am trying to explore new places or hanging at home with my family and my cat Milo. Go Bengals!
