I am excited to join the Beechwood Middle School family as a 6th grade ELA teacher! 

I graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2017 with a degree in Elementary Education and again in 2018 when I graduated with my Master's Degree in Language and Literacy.

I grew up in Chapin and went to Lake Murray Elementary, Chapin Middle School and Chapin High School in Lexington/Richland District Five. I have known since 9th grade that I wanted to be a teacher. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, reading, running, playing cards and listening to music. I also love to watch shows on Netflix.

I have taught 5th grade at Rocky Creek Elementary School for six years and I am excited for the opportunity to start a new adventure at the Beech!
