The meeting opens at 6 p.m. in the auditorium. The board will promptly vote to enter executive session to discuss employment recommendations for 2021–2022 and a construction management at-risk contractual matter related to the new Lexington Middle School replacement facility and to receive legal advice concerning a pending legal matter (Alvin Berry vs. Lexington County School District One). This closed executive session will take place in the auditorium. The Board of Trustees will resume the public portion of its meeting at 7 p.m
