    The Human Resources team oversees training for new employees, annual training for all employees, personnel matters, personnel policies, the evaluation process for administrators, teachers, and support staff, licensure for all professional staff, family medical and long-term medical leave, the district’s substitute teacher program and other employee services.

    The team also ensures that Lexington One is in compliance with federal and state laws regarding personnel.
