Lexington District One offers special education programs for preschool-aged children with certain academic, developmental, speech, and/or physical needs.
If you are a parent of a child receiving services from Babynet, your Early Interventionist will contact you regarding the process of transitioning into the school district. Each child transitioning from Babynet services will have a transition meeting that explains the process and determine if evaluations are needed for your child.
If you have concerns about your child’s development and you are not currently receiving Babynet services, please contact Special Services at 803-821-1101 to schedule a Child Find Clinic appointment.
You can find more information in our flyers.
